Robert J. Pope has had a passionate interest in computers and business since his formative years during the 1980s. When he was 12, he built his first robot from designs he found in a Boy’s Life magazine. His first experience with computers was in second grade when he played Hangman on the Commodore Pet classroom computer. Since those first impressions of technology, he saw limitless possibilities and creativity which stuck with him the rest of his life. He has worked in the computing field since 1997, and has fulfilled his life-long dream of being a business owner and entrepreneur. He has experience in setting up and troubleshooting office networks, building custom web hosting infrastructures, designing websites for mobile devices and programming advanced web-based software. His latest side-projects are building a RepRap 3D Printer Kit and also a Raspberry Pi-based Arcade Gaming System, with a complete stand up chassis and arcade joysticks and buttons.
